SHIPPING & RETURNS
All shipments to India are done with in 3 business days after receiving the order & payment. The delivery time of items depends on the location of the customer and payment methods.
For deliveries outside India the delivery time can be up to 2-3 weeks.
Once purchased you can log into your account and track your delivery easily.
The Luxury Souq provides all possible payment options for our customer’s convenience. Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Pay pal, Wallets, Cash on Delivery (COD), Cash on Location (COL being some of them. Please note some payment methods might be unavailable for specific destination countries or new customers.
The Luxury Souq works with sellers and collectors across the world to maintain an accurate listing of their items online. In rare cases, we may be unable to successfully deliver items because of a mismatch in live inventory listings with our partners. In such cases, The Luxury Souq may cancel such orders if an item is unavailable, and make a full refund if the order has been paid for. The placement of an order does not guarantee delivery of an item.
The Luxury Closet is not liable for delay in orders because of custom clearances at destination.
Custom Duties / Taxes:
Our items are shipped from Mumbai, INDIA. Almost all countries apply customs duty on import of goods. The customers will be responsible for customs clearance and required to pay the customs duty upon delivery of the items. Please ensure to check duty rates for your country.
The Luxury Souq has tie up with all Major Banks. Clients can avail Easy EMI facility by using their choice of Debit / Credit card and avail EMI up to 24 months at attractive interest rates from their banks.
The Luxury Souq allows you to reserve your favorite item and purchase it over 4 months. Instead of paying one lump sum, our simple ‘FLEXI-PAY’ payment plan allows you to pay for your purchase in batches. Simply by paying 25% (or more) of the price of the item up front, you can reserve it and pay the rest in 3 Easy Equated payments over a period of 90 days. Payment can be made by Credit Card, Bank Transfer or Wallet payments. Just get in touch with our friendly Buyer Concierge Desk on +91 818181 6674 to discuss the details. The item will be sent to you only after the full payment has been completed.
Our ‘FLEXI-PAY’ plan is completely interest free, however, if payment is incomplete after 30 days of reservation, an extension fee of 5% of your total order value will be charged per month.
Orders once placed can be cancelled with a 25% charge on item value. The maximum time an order can be reserved under this plan is 2 months after which it would be automatically cancelled.
The Luxury Souq promises you 100% satisfaction on purchasing from our site. We offer a 3-day return policy, that is, if you are not satisfied with the item when you receive it, we will offer you your 95% of your money back via STORE / SITE CREDIT ONLY. However, items marked as ‘No returns on this item’ once purchased such items cannot be returned.

The Buyer Concierge Desk will assist you in arranging the return. Refund store credits includes only the cost of the item, and does not include any custom duties. Items must be received by us in the same condition as when shipped with all tags intact.
Please note that we mark our final sale items as ‘No return on this item’, once purchased such items cannot be returned.
In case we are unable to complete your order by any reason within 30 days of receiving the same with complete payment, we will refund 100% of your money back or give you option for 102% of Store Credits valid for 24 months. Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment (orders paid by cash will be refunded through cheque or bank transfer)
